The turnaround for the edited final product for listing photos is typically 1-3 business days. If they are needed sooner, I can always adjust my editing timeline to get them done faster. It’s always best to schedule a shoot as early as you can for a listing.

How far in advance should I book a session?
It is helpful to have an initial time frame of when you want your listing to be active on the MLS. Schedule a photo session as much in advance as you can, but I am always flexible and willing to work around a tight schedule!
Do you also stage the home?
I do not offer a staging or cleaning of the home as part of my services. However, I will go throughout the home and do whatever I can to make the home more appealing in photos. Please have your properties photo ready for the scheduled shoot! A well-staged home makes all the difference in the listing.
